I'll fight for regime change in the US to rid the country of weapons of mass destruction (which pose a threat to the world) and its links with IRA terrorists (to name just one).

ironic isnt it

Sorry to disappoint you but it will be at 2008 before a democrat has a chance. Especially after the Dems have been shooting themselves in the foot lately.

Don't blame Bush, blame Gore for not getting enough support in the 2000 election!

both parties have shot themselves in the foot. the US bipartisan system is a farce.

But wait! Who are you to predict the outcome of 2004?

One of the problems for the USA might be the overseas aid budget.

The main beneficiaries are:

Russia. Loads of WMD.
Pakistan. Some WMD's
Israel. Some WMDs
Egypt. Strategic, probaly Suez.

So the more crappy joints that get WMDs, the more places Unk Sam has to send money to, to prevent local meltdown and a WMD free for all, which is bad for business.

In fact, as things stand, it looks like a good way of getting handouts.

So N Korea is only following the crowd, an elite crowd of spongers created by uncle sam.

My guess is that the state of the economy at that time will determine the outcome of 2004.
